Objective
This auditor training course is for you who is faced with the challenge of performing internal audits against the ISO/TS 16949:2009 standard! The main objective is for you to be trained and qualified as an internal auditor in the automotive industry.
Target Group
Internal auditors and those who are awaiting to become internal auditors in the automotive industry/ automotive production and relevant service part organisations.
Course Content
- process, system and product audits
- audit techniques: planning, preparation, interview techniques
- deviation formulation and reporting
- preventive and corrective measures
- customer-specific requirements
- repetition of the requirements of ISO / TS
- repetition of the Core Tools.
During the course, you will also get the unique opportunity of performing a practical audit on site, at a company in the automotive industry. Make use of this opportunity to test and practise what you have learnt.
Course Leaders/Lead Tutors
Anders Sylwan and Jorgen Ostlund both are well experienced TS Lead Auditors with more than 25 years of quality management experience in the automotive industry.
Pre requisites
To keep up with the course and pass the final exam you should have the basic knowledge of the requirements stated in the ISO/TS 16949 or similar. The course will be held in english. Take a look here if you prefer the course in Swedish.
