ISO 9001:2008 Internal QMS Auditor Course ​This course has been designed to provide an understanding of the audit process and how to realise its true potential. Based around the requirements of the Quality Management System (QMS) Standard ISO 9001:2008 and the ISO 19011 International Audit Guidelines, the course deals with the performance of value-added auditing. ISO 9001:2008 QMS Auditor/Lead Auditor Course ​This course has been designed to develop a clear understanding of quality management in the modern era and provide those involved in audit conduct and management with the skills needed to fulfil their role ISO/TS 29001:2010 Implementation Course ​ISO/TS 29001 has now been accepted as the baseline requirement for quality management systems in the exploration and production sector of the petroleum and natural gas industry. The third edition of ISO/TS 29001 was released in June 2010. Customer Satisfaction Management (ISO 10001, 2, 3 and 4) Introduction Course This course is designed to provide an understanding of principles of customer satisfaction management system and its role in ensuring control and improvement. The course is based around the requirements of ISO 10001, ISO 10002, ISO 10003, ISO 10004 and deals with thier interpretation and implementation.
