Manuel has been qualified as Lead Assessor for ISO/IEC 20000-1, ISO 9001 Lead Assessor, QS-9000 and ISO/TS 16949, and Assessor for ISO 14001. He has also been qualified as Lead Evaluator for the Carnegie Mellon eSourcing Capability Models for Service Providers (eSCM-SP) and Clients (eSCM-CL).
